A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before we begin.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Stock orders start at 10 pieces per style. Custom logos and prints start at 50 pieces per style and artwork. Colors and sizes can be mixed within the same style. Quantity discounts are calculated separately for each style.

Can I add a logo or custom print?

Yes. Our apparel products support custom logos and printing. Send your artwork, placement and quantity. We will confirm the suitable process, costs, MOQ and lead time before you order.

Can I request a sample?

Order one paid stock sample per style at the regular garment price plus actual shipping. Stock samples dispatch within 48 hours after confirmation and full payment. One-piece custom samples are also available; allow approximately 7–15 days after artwork confirmation and full payment. Custom processing and any setup fees are quoted separately.

Do the photos and size labels guarantee the current batch?

Images and measurements are product references. Confirm current-batch details and inspect your sample before ordering. Size labels do not directly correspond to US, UK or EU sizing.

How are shipping and payment arranged?

Full payment is required before stock dispatch or custom production. Shipping is quoted separately for your destination. Stock orders dispatch within 48 hours after quantity confirmation and full payment; custom bulk orders usually dispatch in about 7 days after artwork confirmation and full payment, subject to design and quantity. Dispatch time is not arrival time.
